1. Services

We provide professional counselling and support services in a safe and confidential environment.

All sessions will be conducted online via secure video platforms.

Services are not a substitute for medical treatment or emergency care. If you are in crisis or at risk, please contact emergency services immediately.

2. Booking and Payment

Sessions can be booked via our website or via email.

Payment is required as specified at the time of booking. Online payment methods are secure and must be completed before sessions.

Fees are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Free Consultation

A free 20-minute consultation is available to new clients to discuss the counselling process and ensure comfort and suitability.

This session is not a therapy session but an opportunity to ask questions and meet the counsellor.

4. Session Frequency and Duration

Sessions typically last 45 minutes.

Weekly sessions at the same day and time are recommended for continuity and progress.

We will work with you to schedule sessions in a way that best fits your needs.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours] in advance.

Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged at the full session fee.

We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions is confidential and protected under professional and legal standards.

Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law.

7. Online Counselling

Online sessions are conducted via secure, encrypted platforms.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a private, safe space for online sessions.

We are not responsible for interruptions due to internet connectivity or technical issues outside our control.​

8. Client Responsibilities

Counselling is a collaborative process; progress depends on engagement and willingness to explore issues.

Counselling services are not a substitute for emergency, psychiatric, or medical care.

Outstanding fees for completed sessions remain payable.
