At Your Online Counselling Space, we strive to provide a fair and transparent approach regarding payments and refunds.

1. Session Fees

Payment is required as specified at the time of booking.

Fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place.

2. Free Consultation

A 20-minute consultation is provided free of charge to new clients.

No payment is required for this session, and there is no obligation to continue with further sessions.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged.

If a session is cancelled within the cancellation period, you may reschedule without additional charge.

Sessions cancelled late or missed without notice will be charged at the full session fee.

4. Package Payments

If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions, unused sessions can be rescheduled within 3 months of the purchase date.

Unused sessions beyond this period are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies), please contact us, and we will work with you to reschedule or consider a partial refund at our discretion.
