Refund Policy

At Your Online Counselling Space, we strive to provide a fair and transparent approach regarding payments and refunds.

1. Session Fees

  • Payment is required as specified at the time of booking.

  • Fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place.

​

2. Free Consultation

  • A 20-minute consultation is provided free of charge to new clients.

  • No payment is required for this session, and there is no obligation to continue with further sessions.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged.

  • If a session is cancelled within the cancellation period, you may reschedule without additional charge.

  • Sessions cancelled late or missed without notice will be charged at the full session fee.

4. Package Payments

  • If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions, unused sessions can be rescheduled within 3 months of the purchase date.

  • Unused sessions beyond this period are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies), please contact us, and we will work with you to reschedule or consider a partial refund at our discretion.
